[Windows] Orcs disappear after resting

in IWD:EE Bugs (v1.4.0)
I can't guarantee that this will reproduce the problem, as I only saw it happen once, but it DID happen.

1. Near the beginning of the game in the first Orc cave, aggro the first big group of orcs (The one that includes an orc shaman)
2. Run back outside
3. Rest
4. Re-enter cave, and that group of orcs is mysteriously gone.

(^---- I was on Heart of Fury mode when this happened)

Observed: Orcs disappeared mysteriously

Expected Behavior: Group of orcs should still be there waiting for a fight! (Or perhaps followed me outside the cave?)

Notes: Tested on Windows 7 Intel i7 PC.

    I tried this a few ways. They followed outside whether I rested or not, and on HoF and core mode, and if I quicksaved on exit or not. So would need more detail on how to reproduce this.
