[windows] Ekandor should not use up his stoneskin scroll during combat.

1. Load attached save game.
2. Speak to Adoy to summon Ekandor.
3. Once combat starts wait for Ekandor to cast stoneskin and then use ctrl-r to remove his stoneskin buff.
Observed:
Ekandor casts stoneskin a second time by using up the stoneskin scroll he is carrying.
Expected:
Ekandor should not use up the stoneskin scroll he carries because it was placed there for the player to obtain.
