Character having to be Raised from the dead twice

Character hit by bleeding spell (little red arrow). When she is raised the spell keeps on working leading to her dying again and therefore having to be raised from the dead again. The problem seems to be that the engine "remembers" the attacking spell, then pauses when the character is dead, and then continues as soon as the character is alive again. In the savegame you have to walk back to Kuldahar to test this. /J

The thing is, THIS death properly wipes the spell effect from the character, allowing you to rez her a second time to no issues. You can see this by casting Ressurection on her instead of Raise Dead: She comes back with 37 of her 56 health and a few seconds later takes another 18 damage...her character sheet shows "Acid" as the effect.
@MrSexton: So now the question is why the first death didn't wipe the spell effect from her. Can you give us any details about how the fight with whatever it was (assumeably a spellcaster) transpired? Obviously he cast Vitriolic Sphere on your Cleric, but did she take damage enough to kill her right at the same time? Could the spell effect have been applied to her posthumously thereby causing it NOT to be wiped out when she was calculated as dead? Or did she happen to die FROM Vitriolic Sphere?
The flag on the spell effect is showing "Permanent" though I don't know enough about EE Keeper/Saves at this point to know whether or not this is correct.
@Gate70/@Troodon80? You guys happen to be able to take a look at this? I've attached a closer in save. The original save @MrSexton has posted above has several other status effects still on the cleric, but by the time I got back to Kuldahar and into the temple there was only 1 remaining...the Vitriolic Sphere effect.
