[Not an Issue] Neera's Quest BUG

I've a problem at the end of Neera's quest. After many issues (my game crashes continuously during the fight in the Red Wizard Conclave) i've finally defeated Lanneth and i've to go to the hidden refuge for close the quest, talking with Telana and the other survivors, but no one is there, except for Neera, who say me nothing.
Any help?

    The problem here @Aldeb4ran‌ is that Neera needs to be in your party for her quest to progress. You can check this by recruiting her (Yoshimo is a suitable temporary drop).

    I expect you will run into further issues or not see any further progress if you try to progress the storyline without her presence. This is working as designed.
