bug with High level abilities ?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hi

I'm in ToB, my group is now strong enough to unlock HLA. But, each time I level up, my ancient choice concerning my HLA is cancelled... For exemple, with Sarevok, I took first the Whirlwind Attack. Then I leveled up again, and took again the same HLA. But, in game, when I want to use it, I have still only one Whirlwind attack... I took this HLA 3 times but still only one available. It does the same thing with all "fighting" HLA. I remember in the vanilla I had something like 10 whirlwind and/or gardiness etc...
So, is it done on purpose or is it a bug ?

    I think it's a bug... i always had many Whirlwind Attacks, in vanilla and in enhanced edition

    Do you use any mods?

    nope, nothing

    But it looks like this is fixed now... I have leveled up one more time and now I have 2 whirlwind attacks.
    Dont know what happened
