[Known] Fighter dual class APR error

If you dual a fighter at level 7 you get the 0.5APR bonus for all weapons you are proficient with in your new class even when the fighter class is still inactive, see below :

    I can confirm this. Looks to have been picked up already but I can't find a ticket yet (possibly #10492) so will mark as a known issue for the time being.
