Won't Install on iPhone

I purchased BG:EE for iPhone today from the App Store via my iPhone but it is not installing. The icon on the desktop says "waiting." The icon in the App Store is the circle with the square in the center (see attached) and when I touch that icon, it stops trying to install and shows the "download from cloud" icon. When I touch that icon, it starts to try the install again and shows the circle with a square in it, but no progress is made.

I have canceled the install and restarted it multiple ways. I have rebooted the phone.

I am running iOS 7.1.2 on an iPhone 5s.

Any ideas on how to get this to install?
