[Needs Repro] Rescued Dynaheir, but Minsc still threatens to leave the group.

So I rescued Dynaheir, and Minsc still threatens to leave the group and the quest remains unfinished.
I have tried removing both of them from the group in separate areas, and re-adding them back.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

@elminster edit: Since its been a long time since this was posted and a repo case hasn't been provided I'm closing this thread.
