Mod mirrors

I don't know if it's only me but I'm having a really hard time getting mods from the following websites:
-Gibberlings 3, everything seems broken
-DLing on chosenof mystra mirrors (7-15 kb/s)

The mods I'm looking for are BG1 romantic encounters and Dark Horizons BG EE (DLing 28.8 MB has never been so painful since 56k modems).

^ this! I downloaded a full standard BWS install yesterday from g3, but today they are having backend failure and all the links forward to the semi busted http://www.gibberlings3.net/forums/ page. now I can't fix my megamod. fiddlesticks.

You can get the bg1re beta v1.2 here: https://kerzenburg.baldurs-gate.eu/showthread.php?t=43764
German site, but linked in the first post is the official beta which is in testing currently with all reported bugs fixed.
