[Dupe] Ursa the cave bear attacking the Xvart Leader

Should this happen? I mean, why would the caver bear summoned by the Xvart leader attack the leader himself?

Edit: and another question: would you kindly remove the fact that all the mercahnts seem to magically know which items are stolen? I can understand the same merchant being mad at you trying to sell the stuff he has just stolen, but I frankly find unbelievable that every merchants knows that you have stolen a certain item.
