[No repro case] Jaheira get's cursed bug

During this quest you will get dialog from the mages during the fight with Baron Ployer if you don't go to the government district first.

Repo:
1) Get the curse from the Sea's Bounty Tavern.
2) Go to the Copper Cornett and talk to Bernard.
3) Go to the Derelict Home.
4) Fight Baron Ployer.
5) The mage that come in will start a dialog with you.

    @Diamonds‌ I just tried this, they teleport in and attack without any dialogue. Which mage starts the talk and what does he say. & do you have a save that can reproduce this, if so could you zip & attach it please.
