Rasaad Sound Issue

Once my game uploaded to the 1.3 version, Rasaad's voice started sounding distorted, almost computerized. None of my other characters share the problem. Rasaad is the only new content NPC I have. It has affected him in both SOA and TOB.

    What version of the game is this for please (PC, Mac, etc).
    Have you tried a shutdown/restart since updating.
    Any particular lines that he says?

    Yes, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game.

    It seems to be every line, I tried them all. None of the other NPCs (Anomen, Edwin, Imoen, Jaheria) or the main character (default female) have this issue.

    Attach a save if problem still actual

    Hmm. I select the file but it won't upload. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

    u need to zip a file
