#11089 Druid Elemental Summoning HLA should produce 16hd elementals with correct stats

1) Enable the Console
2) Load attached save
3) Have "Ted" cast Elemental Summoning (until you don't summon an elemental prince)
4) Use ctrl Q on the summon that is created (you can also check it out using a 3rd party program like Near Infinity).

Observed:

Notice that apart from their health they have stats consistent with a level 12 elemental instead.

For instance their saving throws are 7/9/8/8/10 rather than 4/6/5/4/7, their base Thac0 is 9 instead of 5, and (specifically just in the case of Fire Elementals) the strength they are given is lower than it should be (its only 18 for fire elementals when it should be 20). If you use a 3rd party program like Near Infinity you can also see that mechanically they are considered to be level 12 creatures.

Expected:

As per the spells description it should summon level 16 hit dice elementals. This means that all 16 Hit Dice elementals summoned by Elemental Summoning mechanically should be Level 16, have saving throws of 4/6/5/4/7, have a base Thac0 of 5, and fire elementals summoned by this spell should have 20 strength.
