#11094 Scrolling in small locations should not see the camera move back and forth

I don't know how to describe this well, so I'll do my best. On screens where there is little to no scrolling, it acts funny. Kind of a jerky motion when you try to scroll and then when you let go it snaps back to normal. There's a little bit cut off when you're at the edge so when you try to scroll to see the rest it does this jerky/snapping motion. It's kind of a bit jarring.

Could you add a screenshot of a sample area, together with a description of where you are trying to scroll (either words or adding some lines to the screenshot).
Thanks
The problem is that on game screen map's left side(say, 50~100 pixels) is hiddenduring normal game playing. It looks like game screen is moved to the left side so that the left side is hidden leaving empty black space on the right side of the screen.
The screen comes back to normal only during the moment that I try to scroll.
FYI, I am using 1680*1050 full screen mode (no scale user interface).
Here's a video clip that'll better show what's happening.

I think this might be slightly different to the below. Could you advise a location (& maybe a screenshot) where you are experiencing this behaviour please.
Thanks

Thanks @Priri
When in small areas/locations;
moving the cursor from pressing against the top border of the main view, to the bottom border of the main view
- the camera will snap/jerk from left to right, then back to left.
