[Windows][Steam] Main PC unable to Talk

1. Initiate dialog with the Spider Queen (?) below the Graveyard District.
(possible 2nd reason) Manage to save during dialog.

Observed:
Main PC is now unable to speak (Talk is greyed out).

Expected:
Main PC should be able to talk.
