Wake on hit inconsistencies

Expected: A creature wakes up upon being hit from all(and only) true sleep effects.

Observed: Power Word: Sleep does not allow a creature to wake on-hit. It uses it own unqiue opcode(217), not the standard opcode(39), which was likely not updated to the new sleep standard. Cannot change through modding, at least not through opcode 217.

Observed: Unconscious creatures wake up upon being hit. Color Spray, Stinking Cloud, Smashing Wave, and Sphere of Chaos, all specifying "unconscious" in their descriptions, and when a character has fallen unconscious from taking non-lethal damage to 1 HP, they will wake on-hit like a true sleep effect. The last one cannot be changed by modding to my knowledge.

Repro:
CreateCreature: non-undead/half-/elf/troll, Level < Caster for Color Spray
Cast protection from Acid on said creature.
Beat said creature unconscious with fists / Cast Spell on said Creature
Cast Acid Arrow on said creature.
Creature rises from each "hit" of acid arrow.
