#11032 Lizard man halberds should not fail to display

Currently they don't cause crashes, but it's pretty bothering (and they're clearly missing), and now that Beamdog owns IwD's right there shouldn't be a problem in adding the files form IwD to BG2:EE.

    What are the symptoms in the unmodded game @CrevsDaak‌

    I can recall lizardmen spawning at the Spellhold exterior, and one of the BPII battles.

    @Gate70‌ the lizardmen's weapons (haldberds) can't be seen normally in the game because they're missing (not very important but it could be fixed), and they are actually wielding haldberds. There are a bunch of lizardmen in AR0420 that have haldberds.
