Trolls - Unconscious on Demand

As I suggested elsewhere(http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/comment/592657#Comment_592657), this mod should force trolls to drop unconscious immediately upon any hit that drops their hit points to 1. It will only work on games that support SPLPROT (v1.4+ IWDEE, v2.0+ BGEE/BG2EE/SoD), and only for trolls that use the new contingency-based trigger, those still using the old script-based trigger will not change.
The projectile-based component can be used by any supported game, the SPLPROT-based component is only for v2.5+ games.
A third component was added to remove immunities from trolls that exist only to insure their script-based fall down mechanic worked, which are no longer necessary.
