Quest completion not triggering (spoilers?)

I've played through so far without a problem (iphone 6, v 1.3) but just today the first 2 quests i have tried in BG City won't trigger as complete.

First is Merchant League, i helped Aldeth at the lodge, found the proof he and Brandilar asked for, kill all the Doppelganger, but they still don't acknowledge they are all dead. All that's left in the building are the friendly merchants.

Second is Arkion and Nemphre quest. i gave Nempre Arkions amulet before killing her and grabbing both. But Ordulion doesn't acknowledge when i go talk to him after.

Anyone else have this happen?

After deleting BG1EE for a while and re-playing the game recently. The same 2 quests failed to trigger being complete. is this a common issue?

first for the dopple ganger one:

did you go back up to the top floor and kill all the dopplegangers up there as well? I've noticed that sometimes that bugs up to, usually what I do is give brandilar the notes, kill zorl, then go downstairs, kill all the baddies downstairs, then go to the 3rd floor and kill all the dopplegangers up there and then go and speak with aldeth, then it completes for me

the quest with ordulion will only work if your reputation is high enough ( or possibly have very high CHA?) I remember having low REP and he didn't give me the quest, so try having high CHA/ high REP ( I think REP is the more important one) and see if that works

I've combed through merchant league over and over and see no other Dopplegangers.

And my cha is 18 and rep 12. I get the quest but all I get now is "peace, suffer it gladly" when I talk to him.

Anyway off topic though, but I find it worth to mention:

Aldeth will betray you after you return from Candlekeep at Chapter 7, even after you helped him. So kill him and Brandilar with no reputation loss.

They are worth 2050 XP in total

I've played this quest just today and it works fine if:

1. You kill druids in the Cloakwood as Aldeth asks you.
2. You talk to Aldeth in the BG city and accept his quest.
3. You enter the building and speak with merchants on the first floor, then go to the second floor and there speak with Brandilar. Say to him that you will share what you find in the guild.
4. Find the needed documents in the container on the second floor.
5. Show these documents to Aldeth - Aldeth then tells you about his "would be birthday", shares the documents with Brandilar and you all together are transferred to the third floor.
6. There, after a small talk, a fight begins. After you kill all the doppelgangers, talk to Aldeth - he thanks you, and the quest is competed.
