Beginning characters created from the "pregenerate character" button should start with Bhaalspawn powers.

Playing a single player game with only one PC, all games except the one with my Dwarf F/C do not have any Bhaalspawn powers.

Upon more experimentation and insight from another player it seems the lack of bhaalspawn powers are only on characters that are created from the "pregenerate character" button. Creating a character directly from the "New game" button allows the new characters to have bhaalspawn powers.
