#11135 Nahal's Reckless Dweomer should have consistent casting time and description of casting time

Probably an old discrepancy and might be logged already, but the description for Nahal's Reckless Dweomer clearly states that casting time is 5, while in reality it's instant.

It can also be cast right after a previous spell has been cast in the same round, which is pretty OP. 5 might be a bit too much if the spell was to be changed instead of the description though.

Either way the description should at least match the actual stats of the spell.

    Tagged. Believe the time is instant to prevent other issues, i.e. cast NRD, select another character, how to select the target spell.
