#11499 Flail of Ages +4 should use the correct icon on the Game Screen

Both "Flail of Ages +4" versions (BLUN30C.ITM and BLUN30D.ITM) are using the correct icons for the inventory (IBLUN30C.BAM and IBLUN30D.BAM). Their toolbar icons however are pointing to IBLUN14.BAM which is the icon for the "Flail of Ages +3". (See screenshot)
