#11492 Neera's staff should be identified

1. Start a new ToB game.
2. C:CreateCreature("neera12").
3. Ctrl-Q to add Neera to the party.
4. Open her inventory.

Observed: Neera's Staff is not identified. It has the blue overlay and the tooltip says "Quarterstaff" instead of "Neera's Staff +1".

Expected: Her staff should be identified.

The bug is due to the staff not being flagged as identified in the creature file NEERA12.cre.

See screenshots: The staff has the blue overlay and the unidentified tooltip text.
