A quick question concerning the use of Modding Programs on BG1

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Is BG1 editable in the same ways as BG2? If so, what programs are used?

    I think so... There are simple tools such as NearInfinity (my favorite and available here) and DLTCP. There is also Weidu which is far more complicated. If you are looking for a save game editor then EEKeeper should work for that.

    Had a problem last night with NI not reading the in-game scripts...defragged the comp...now it reads them just fine. go figure~
