can not find my final game save character from BG1EE when im starting BG2EE ?

i am playing and purchased my games via steam ?

when i start bg 2 i start single player , create player , import... but there is no file to import from bg 1 ?

The final save or character export has to be manually copied from the BG:EE file location to the BGII:EE file location.

I believe the Steam version stores saves in the same way as the Beamdog version so have a look in your documents folder.

e.g. this pc > documents > baldurs gate - enhanced edition > save

From memory the Final Save is stored at the top of the list.
