How to activate CLUA

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hello everyone, I have the version from GOG and I am trying to spawn Terminsel for Jaheiras last questpart. I am unfortunaly in the last area of the game and he wont show up here normally...

I have activated the CLUA way back when I played the originals, but I cant find the baldur.ini file now. Its not located in the default game folder... Does anyone know how to fix this?
