Ranger alignment

If I have a Cavalier Paladin party leader, will I have any issues with my Ranger being chaotic neutral aligned? Also, can a plain Ranger wear heavy armor without penalty? Thanks

    1) There shouldn't be an alignment problem.
    2) They get penalized on their ability to Hide and Sneak but beyond that I don't think there should be an issue.

    Ranger must be good aligned.

    Thief abilities are disabled in armor heavier than studded leather or elven chain. BG2 Tweaks has a component to allow thief abilities in heavy armor.
