Meet Neera for first time at Beregost and allow to join party. Take all items from Neera and then reform party without her.

Observed
Neera's quarterstaff stays with the party.

Expected
Neera's quarterstaff to be taken by her, which ever character has it. IE to act the same way as Xan and his Moonblade

Notes:
Not sure if this is a bug.

    Nope. You always get to steal the NPCs' signature items. Just wait till BG2:EE where you get to steal Hexxat's most important possession ever and she doesn't even care!
