Ulcaster vanishes

I came to Ulcaster ruins with a copy of History of Sisters of Darkness (from Gullykin). Ulcaster didn't seem interested so I went down and got a second copy from the vampiric wolf. When I came back up, Ulcaster had disappeared, leaving me with two copies of the book.

I scoured the plateau in case he had wandered off, slept at the entrance for 2 days, even went to Naskell and returned, but he never reappeared. I still have the books, just in case.

    He comes and goes. Are you sure you haven't missed him? He should be present between 02:30-05:29, 06:30-07:29, 08:30-10:29, 11:30-13:29, 14:30-15:29, 16:30-20:29, 21:30-22:29, 23:30-01:29.

    Yeah, he doesn't actually appear to haunt the ruins at all hours of the day. I strongly suspect this is not an issue.
