mouse click lag/delay

in Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition
I have the 1.4 patch . Game is from GOG. I have the same problem described in the attached post. Anyone else? Any solutions? Thanks

    and you are playing in single-player and not multi-player I assume? (its common to see some lag in multi-player when it comes to mouse clicking).

    sorry to bump this, but hoping Beamdog or someone can shed light for me or make a suggestion? It seems to get increasing worse the longer I play.

    @Troodon80 or @Jalily might be able to help you. I'm not really well versed in the inner workings of the engine or what might cause this.

    Thanks - I will hope that they see this then. Tried hardware cursor change and no luck . Weird as game runs fine for like the first hour or so, then gets worse and worse.

    Sounds like a performance issue related to your hardware. Make sure all your drivers, especially video drivers are up-to-date. Post your dxdiag.txt (https://na.wargaming.net/support/Knowledgebase/Article/View/26/18/what-is-a-dxdiag-file--how-do-i-send-one). Give some detail about CPU and memory usage of the game while you play (look at the process in the details pane of Task Manager), is memory increasing, is CPU capped at 25, 50, 100%? Also look at GPU usage in GPU-Z (http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/).
