[dupe]Permanent improved haste

After Imoen used energy blades she got permanent improved haste. I travelled 12 hrs and rested a day and the improved haste was still active. Imoen never cast improved haste during any battle.

    Known issue. Just save and reload and it should go away. Dupe of 11061.
