Monk HLAs (Oversight mod)

Has there been any work towards getting the Monk HLA portion of this mod working for BG2:EE?
I really loved it from the original BG2, and searches for people trying to get this portion of the mod working are long dead.
If not for an official mod, is there anyway to simply tweak it a bit for a do-it-yourself solution?
