"Best Of"

Just curious...how is the Best Of list compiled? Is it based on a members viewing habits, Big Brother style, or is it something else? Is the list the same for everyone? I very rarely use that list, but every now and then it's fun to look at.

    I think promoted comments are more likely to appear there. Other reactions probably affect it too. I don't know much about it.
