[Unable to repro] Phaere's eggs

Hi, immediately after agreeing to go along with Phaere's plan (which takes place inside the Female Fighter's Guild), the game jumps to the meeting with Solaufein although you only see an overview of the city and the text box. After talking to Solaufein, the game jumps back to Phaere.
The game still works (i.e. it's playable) but it's not working as intended. I have never encountered this bug before and I use no mods.

    Do you have a save before this point that could be used to see what is happening please?

    Unfortunately not and when I try to replicate the bug using an older save the bug doesn't appear. Sorry...
