I have sound but I can only see a black screen...any help

Hello everyone, I download BG enhanced edition and BG2 enhanced edition to my old HP Pavilion laptop, but I have sound and the only thing I see is a black screen, any help please? How I can solve this problem?

    Hi @Eltharion1979 if anyone is going to help they'd probably need details such as version of Windows, what graphics card the laptop has and what driver version it has.

    This is my laptop characteristic
    Windows 7 Home Premium service pack 1
    HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC
    Intel Core i7 -2670QM CPU 2.20GHz
    I use, Intel Graphics Family video card.
