Trapped in Oberon's House

I've successfully retrieved the three artifacts, but I cannot get to the first floor from the 2nd floor stairwell. The wall is blocking my access to click "down" the stairwell. Any ideas guys?

    Do you have the console turned on? If so, C:MoveToArea("AR0143") will take you to the first floor.

    But I've never encountered a problem there.

    I suspect you are just missing where you need to click...
