Enchaced Bard Song (HLA) bug.

It almost same as described in #11573 (Skald bard song should not double up AC and THAC0 bonus) except erroneous additional bonus to AC & THAC0 which jumps from +4 to -4 in the begining of the round (to himself bard adds +10/-10, beyond normal bonuses). I.e. Enchaced Bard Song doubles bonuses in the begining of the round.
