#12304 Familiars should not lose their familiar status after being dire charmed

Observed:
Dire charmed familiars lose their familiar status after the charm effect wears off. The side effects of the allegiance change become apparent after saving and reloading the game. The familiar can't be selected anymore and the mouse cursor changes into the talk icon when moving it over the creature.
Expected:
The familiar status should be correctly restored after dire charm wears off.
To reproduce with the attached save:
1. Move the familiar towards the lower right exit of the sewers and have it dire charmed by the Mind Flayers. (You may need several tries.)
2. Kill the Mind Flayers with Ctrl+Y to avoid further damage.
3. Wait until the charm effect wears off and save the game.
4. Load the game and try to select the familiar.
