[Not an Issue] Ring of the Ram not consumed when crafting Staff of the Ram +6

After upgrading to the Staff of the Ram +6, I still have the ring in my inventory.

The ring was in my bag of holding (Staff was in inventory) when I initiated the upgrade, I'm not sure if that is relevant or could be related to the bug.

    The ring isn't part of that forging, going to mark as a non-issue.

    Haha, don't I feel stupid now. I could have swore that it was always the ring that upgraded the staff.

    After cycling through Cespenar's annoying list of recipes for the 10 millionth time, I've gotten to the point where I now just skip past all his dialogue, accepting any synthesis he offers me, just to remove it from the list once and for all.
