How can I mark a quest as done (or finished)

I have a quest that's finished and won't go away. It's so annoying to see it in my list of unfinished quests :( I figure there must be a console command, or possibly even reset the whole quest and try again, or just how to kill the last npc, or something. It's the De'Arnise Keep quest... I tried bringing back Torgal and re-killing him, but that didn't work, it just added another line to the quest entry.

    It can be done via the console but an easier way is to use the journal tab on EE Keeper.
