Well written Companion Mods?

Hello everyone! After completing Baldur's Gate II numerous of times, I think I'm about ready to venture into the world of modded companions. I would like some recommendation for well written good/neutral aligned characters. (particularly male companions!) Thanks in advanced!

    Hmm, I would say:

    -Arath (available at SHS; written by Kaeloree aka Liam; druid)
    -Dace (also at SHS; she's a female thought; thief)
    -Faren (SHS again; a warrior/thief)
    -Isra (SHS; female paladin; really nice and blends nice with other characters)
    -Xan (PPG; well known mage)
    -Angelo (G3; yes, THAT Angelo; mage/warrior)

    Some I haven't played, but seem really nice and of really good quality:

    -Ajantis (by Jastey)
    -Aran Whitehand (G3)

    You may also want to expand all the existing NPCs so check IEP mods.

    I also released my Foundling mod, he is noted as evil but he's not that evil after all. He's more like a cold outsider.
