stopped working

in Troubleshooting
after pressing the play button a window pops up saying there is a problem.

havent played it for 3months or so, was working fine back then.

whats happening?

    In your documents folder can you find and rename the Icewind Dale - Enhanced Edition folder. Then try starting the game again and it will create a new version of the folder. If that works, it is likely to be an issue with a save game, portrait or the ini file and you can add them back a few at a time to find out the culprit.

    If you still have issues, can you advise the exact message please.
