People tend to exaggerate their abilities when it comes to answering a questionnaire with no followup tests or oversight. And it wouldn't surprise me if the test was skewed to give higher results on average.
I'm quite surprised at the high scores some people arrive at, when I answer as truthfully as I can I score 69 in total and I'm considered to have some sort of leadership qualities IRL. I can hardly believe there's so many people ending up with scores in the 80's and 90's. Is this forum a gathering of exceptional talents?

Everyone knows that to play Baldur's Gate effectively you need to be a genius (well, for SCS maybe...), live in the gym, and be really charismatic.
