Getting attacked by Korgan

My main character and Korgan keep attacking each other. This usually happens in fights when the target they're fighting dies and they have to pick a new target. The fighting stops when combat ends, but it's pretty annoying since they can do a lot of damage before I notice. I suspect it probably started when one got confused or Korgan berserker. Any way to get this fighting to stop?
