[Dupe] #11802 Rasaad_Plot Global should be set to 1 even if Rasaad initiates his first dialog

I have listened to two of Rasaad's dialogues. In the last discussion he talked about what happened in Athkatla with his brother. I have a rep of 20. We go to the docks; nothing happens. I believe that I may have talked to him early in the game but didn't ask him to join. Does that break the quest? Is there a minimum number of days that you need to have him in the group? I didn't add him until after the Cloakwood mines (waited for Imoen to reach lvl 7 thief to multiclass her then dropped Minsc and Dynaheir to pick up Rasaad and a soon to be decided Coran/Alora or Sofana.) Is there a CLUA console command to check the status of the quest?

Does the reset to 1 mean that I need to wait for the two dialogues again?

Your save works for me, there is a timer active so you need to let the game run for about 3 minutes with the game unpaused.
