Location of baldur.ini file

I just answered my own question, but can't delete the thread, so I'll post the answer instead.

If anyone is looking in their IWD:EE directory and can't find the baldur.ini file you need to edit in order to enable the console, it's not there. It's in a new folder created in your My Documents folder, along with the folders for saves, screenshots, and custom soundsets.
