Silly XP issue

Unless xnewarea.2da contains at least one "data" line to be added to the worldmap during the SoA portion of the game, character XP is reduced to 2.95 MXP during the load process. This behaviour comes from original ToB. Please fix it. It's too ridiculous for words.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Remove the whole line concerning AR3000 from xnewarea.2da
2. Start a SoA game and acquire more than 2.95 MXP. Save.
3. Reload your game. Character XP is now 2.95 MXP.

Optional:
Add some nonsense to xnewarea.2da instead of the line concerning AR3000. It can be anything and does not have to conform to the number of columns.
Repeat steps 2 and 3. Character XP is not messed with.

    Can I ask why AR3000 would be removed from xnewarea.2da. Reducing XP below 2.95m xp in this way does not seem very intuitive but would it affect an unmodded game.

    If observed as a result of modding it should probably be raised as a feature request.
