I think (or am hoping) that if the PC's charisma or Wisdom scores are high enough, you may be able to keep either of them from coming to blows, or that they will not actually engage in it, but let's just see how that's handled, because sometimes you can't figure that stuff in (the game is actually more interesting in that sense IMO).
I personally won't mind if it DOES come to blows, because I will definitely keep the victor, and dispose of the loser, due to my PC's mindset: Failure is met with death!! MUWAHAHAHA!!
If this DOES somehow make it so Rasaad or Viconia do not show up in BG2... well then I may just have to... subtly decide beforehand who should be the victor in that little dispute
