Will Project Image or Simulacrum be in SoD?

I don't know about items that can grant these spells but I doubt there will be spell scrolls with these spells in SoD.

Project Image is a lvl 7th spell, while Simulacrum is a lvl 8th spell.

An access to the 7th level of spells is given when your mage reaches the 14th level. An access to the 8th level of spells is given when your mage reaches the 16th level.

We've been told the maximum level your character can reach in SoD is the12th (and it's fair for rogues, for wizards the level will be lower).
