In honor of the marathon that's been going on on Twitch (Google "Bob Ross Twitch"), I'd like to propose a community thought experiment: If Bob Ross were a player of D&D, how would he help new players get into the game?

Taking inspiration from Bob Ross, Game Dev, keep your Rosspirational Messages to 131 characters or less (making it 140 with the #BobRoss hashtag). I'll tweet the best ones.
